Do we have to pay at the time of ordering whether collecting or getting home delivery?

No, you don't have to pay when ordering online for collection. Home deliveries will require payment at the time of delivery. If you are not home and payment has not been made prior, your order will not be delivered.

Can we order online and collect?

Yes, you can order online and collect. Just make sure you nominate a time and day for collection at the time of ordering.

When is the best time to order for online delivery?

We home deliver on Thursdays between 11 am and 2 pm, so it's best to order 24 hours beforehand.

How much do home deliveries cost?

Home deliveries are free for orders over $100.00, otherwise a $10 delivery charge will apply.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver within a 10 kilometre radius of our shop. Sorry, we do not deliver outside of our local catchment area.

What happens if I order something that is out of stock or not available?

We will ring you and advise of this circumstance and either tell when it will be in stock or suggest an alternative.

What do I do if something I want is not on your online system?

Either ring or email us via our contact us link.

Can I add recipes to your website or ask questions?

Yes, as a community based business we welcome your feedback, input, recipes, comments or questions. To add recipes you can just email them in via our contact us link. To comment or ask a question please email us.
