Back again this July is our now famous special on French Trim Lamb Shanks.
Leave out of fridge for 1 hour before cooking. Season meat well. Sear first in oiled pan, keep juices for sauce or gravy. Roast for 50 mins per 1 kilogram in 180 degres celcius oven or bbq. Rest for 20 mins covered in foil, then serve.
