Beef Porterhouse (New York Cut, Sirloin)

Leave out of fridge for 1 hour before cooking. Season meat well with your favorite seasonings, grill over mod-high heat for 5 mins, turn when sweat beads appear, grill for a further 5 mins or untill required doneness achieved, serve after resting
