Beef Osso Bucco

Coat meat with seasoned flour, sear in hot ovenable dish, add stock, wine, chopped tomato, cooked onion, cooked garlic.
Cover with baking paper, caserole in 150 C oven for 2 hours of until meat is falling off the bone. Serve with gremolata.
