Back again this July is our now famous special on French Trim Lamb Shanks.
Coat meat with seasoned flour, sear in hot ovenable dish, add stock, wine, chopped tomato, cooked onion, cooked garlic. Cover with baking paper, caserole in 150 C oven for 2 hours of until meat is falling off the bone. Serve with gremolata.
