Beef Sirloin Plate Roast (Porterhouse)

Sirloin Roast is best seasoned with salt, pepper, olive oil, thyme and mustard. Very succulent roast for just two or a family gathering! Roast in pre-heated oven for 25 mins per 500 grams. Rest well covered in foil before serving!
