Beef Bolar Roast

Bolar Roast is well marbled and contains rich flavours which are seldom found in a  beef roast. Season meat well with salt, pepper, thyme and mustard. Roast in a re-heated oven for 30 minutes per 500 grams. Rest well before slicing.
