Veal Schnitzel

A versatile cut of meat which can be fried plain or can be topped with tomato paste, mozzerella cheese and ham. Try filling the schnitzels with cream cheese, olives and chopped prociutto, roll up and toothpick then cook in chicken stock until tender, beautifull !!
