Cheese and Bacon Savouries

250 grms bacon
125 grms kraft cheese granted or tasty cheese
1 egg
1 onion
pinch cayenne pepper
puff pastry sheets

Mince bacon, add cheese, chopped onion, then add egg and cayenne pepper. Cut out rounds from pastry sheets. Place pastry rounds into muffin tins and fill with tablespoon of mixture. Bake hot oven 10-12 mins. 200 degrees.

I make double the mixture and serve with a salad. Happy baking
