Chicken Butter Seasoning


  • 6 Chicken breasts skin on
  • 50 gram butter
  • fresh chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 1/4 preserved lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed


  1. Combine ingredients and rub under the skin of the chicken breast, brush with olive oil.
  2. Bake chicken in oven for 40 mins @ 180c until skin is crisp.
  3. Serve with garden greens
