Chinese Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken Wings
- 2 Tblspn Peanut oil
- 1/3 Cup dark soy sauce
- 2 Tblspn honey
- 2 Tblspn Chinese wine/dry sherry
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tspn finely grated ginger
Method
- Heat oil in saucepan. Brown the chicken.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and cook for 30-40 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
