Chinese Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken Wings
  • 2 Tblspn Peanut oil
  • 1/3 Cup dark soy sauce
  • 2 Tblspn honey
  • 2 Tblspn Chinese wine/dry sherry
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tspn finely grated ginger

Method

  1. Heat oil in saucepan. Brown the chicken.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients and cook for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Serve with rice.

Serves 4.
